How I Support You
  • Prevention – If you’re on the edge of burnout, we’ll focus on boundaries, sustainable habits, and shifts that help you thrive long-term.

  • Recovery – If you’re feeling exhausted or stuck, we’ll work on rebuilding your energy, confidence, and self-trust; always at your own pace.

  • Ongoing support – Sessions get gradually spaced out as you find your feet. Work doesn't only happens in the sessions, so I am also present for my clients in between calls when the need arises.

  • Lasting Change – Every session provides practical tools, deeper awareness, and new ways of thinking about work and self-care.

The Fresh Start Program
  • A structured yet flexible process tailored to your unique needs.
    Most clients choose to work together for 6 to 12 sessions, depending on where they are in their journey.

  • Informed by experience and continuous learning : grounded in real-world practice, ongoing education, and up-to-date insights of burnout mechanisms and recovery.

  • An extensive toolbox : combining Narrative Practices to rebuild your sense of identity, somatic practices to anchor sustainable change, and future-focused coaching to move toward the life and work you want.
